Delivery Info
To deliver your favorite products, we have become partners with Royal Mail, Evri, World Options and Parcel Monkey . We are ready to entrust them with your orders and are always on your side if something goes wrong.
Our delivery collections happens between 15:30 to 16:00 on weekdays (Monday- Friday). Any orders placed before 15.20 will be sent the same day and you will receive it within two days or one day if you select one day delivery.
As customer oriented we are aiming to delivery your products within 3-4 working days. We do one day delivery for any urgent orders! Please let us know in the notes section during the checkout if you need the items ASAP.
We do free delivery above £35.00 and if the item total is anything less than that, then standard charges of £3.99 applies.
Buy online, pick up in store
You can purchase your items online and pick them up at any of our stores at your convenience. Best of all, ordering online and picking up in stores allows you to save on shipping fees and avoid shipping time.
Your order will be held at the store for a week, please get in touch with us if you would like us to hold it a little longer. We‘ll send you a reminder email one day before we cancel the order.
